Robert Debelle, SKC Associate, has international experience in manufacturing research and development, policy and strategic analysis, management and e-commerce consulting, marketing, public and government relations, events and brand development. He has a broad and deep understanding of the essential ingredients for growing and sustaining powerful brands, strategic planning, motivating teams and creating value in products and organisations. He developed the World Congress on Information Technology in 2002, the International Space University's Summer Program in 2004, and he is the Executive Officer of the International Manufacturing Leadership Forum.

Scott William Minehane, is Managing Director of Windsor Place Consulting and SKC Associate. Scott has enormous experience in telecommunications policy analysis, and corporate strategic advisory and financial analysis. He has consulted extensively throughout SE Asia, Africa and Europe to governments and telecommunications corporations.

He is an experienced and internationally recognised IT and communications sector analyst who has established a detailed understanding of the policy, regulatory and commercial aspects of the global networked economy. Simon has undertaken a range of major studies and projects on behalf of National and State Governments, multinational corporations and other sector stakeholders such as the ITU on the impact of the emerging global information economy.

Kathy Hayter, is an independent media industry consultant and SKC Associate. She has an extensive and intimate knowledge of the creative industries having amassed 20 years industry experience in a variety of creative, technical, administrative and managerial positions. She has a particular interest in the convergence of science, technology and the arts. She has worked for state and commonwealth government agencies and private enterprise.
